Fish from the dock or the bridge by the falls..... swim, boat, kayak, canoe, or just sunbathe on your floatable on the lake or on the dock.....   You can bring your own boat and tie it up to our long dock (8' deep off the end), or rentals are available locally for boats, ski jets, canoes, kayaks, etc.

 

Dozens of wineries are nearby on both sides of the lake, and don't miss gorgeous Watkins Glen State Park!    Lake tours, chartered fishing, a dinner cruise, local restaurants, a movie theater, festivals and concerts all beckon you.  Or hike the Catherine Valley Trail, just 10 minutes away... 20-45 minutes farther afield are Corning Glass; The Windmill (a large farm and craft market featuring Mennonite goods and crafts, 20 minutes away);  Ithaca (Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls State Parks, Cornell University and Ithaca College); an outlet mall;  the Glenn Curtiss museum in Hammondsport; and glider rides and the Soaring Museum at Harris Hill.
