Peak season, mid-June through Labor Day: $2000/wk.
Pre and post peak season: $1200/wk or $250/day, 2 day minimum. Weekends and holidays $300/day.
Cleaning and services fee : $150
Security Deposit: $250
Weekly rentals start on Sunday, 10 am checkout, 3 pm check in, unless otherwise arranged. Preference given to lower occupancy and previous tenants.
